Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute at Winter Park Memorial Hospital offers patients and their families new services and amenities to make their stay more enjoyable and to help in their recovery process.

Orthopaedic Institute Concierge
As part of the Orthopaedic Institute's Specialty Services, our Orthopaedic Concierge provides patients and families with the personal touches that are available at the top hotels and resorts in the country. The Concierge is on hand to find answers to your questions, make any arrangements necessary, provide tours of the facility and walk you through the Orthopaedic Institute "Experience".

Valet Parking
Valet Parking is available free of charge at Winter Park Memorial Hospital for patients and their families. Please check with the Orthopaedic Concierge for hours of operation.

Patient and Family Education
As part of the Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute, our team of specialists provide patients and their families with the educational tools they need to understand the Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement surgery and recovery process. The Orthopaedic Institute, in conjunction with community physicians, provides seminars on the latest medical procedures. For a calendar of up-coming seminars, click here.

Prescription Assistance
Prescription assistance is available for all patients of the Orthopaedic Institute through Eckerd Drugs. For more information, see your Case Manager.

Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is available daily for patients and their families to sample various teas from England along with scones and other pastries. The Orthopaedic Institute is excited to offer this new service and to provide patients with an environment that encourages them to visit the Tea Room and enjoy the company of others.

Activities
The Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute offers daily activities that focus on creating a healing environment for patients. Activities may include: wheelchair sports, puzzles, games, crafts, socials and more.

Gourmet Dining Menu
Patients have the option at the Orthopaedic Institute to experience our new Gourmet Dining Menu for a nominal fee. Delivered to your room by our "in-room" delivery staff, the meals will be accompanied by silk flowers and other amenities.

Daily Newspaper
A complimentary newspaper is delivered to each patient's room daily by an Orthopaedic Institute host/hostess.

Therapeutic Massage
Licensed massage therapists provide complimentary massage services to family members and guests while their loved one or friend is at the Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute. To take advantage of this wonderful service, contact the Orthopaedic Institute Concierge to schedule an appointment.

Virtual Petals and E-Cards
Families and friends can send patients get well wishes through our new "Virtual Petals and Cards" e-mail service. By visiting the Orthopaedic Institute's Web site at www.floridahospitalortho.com/cards, families and friends can select from a variety of cards and personalize them to their loved one. E-mails will be sent directly to the Orthopaedic Concierge who will personally deliver the cards to their room.

Gift Boutique & Flower Shop
Florida Hospital's gift boutique is located on-site at the Orthopaedic Institute for patient and families convenience. The boutique offers fresh flowers, cards and gifts for all ages.

Internet Access
Complimentary Internet Access is available for patients and their families in the Orthopaedic Institute Rehabilitation Gym. A Computer and laptop ports are available to check e-mail, the latest news and more!

Salon and Barber Shop
Every Tuesday a Licensed Cosmetologist visits the Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute. Hair styling and cuts as well as manicures and pedicures are available by appointment. Please note, physician authorization may be required. To schedule a Salon or Barber service, contact the Orthopaedic Institute Concierge.
